Details of the offer

Personal Assistant to help with various duties in our office such as General Office Work (Email replies,Filing, Data Input etc,), Supporting CEO in his duties, monitor emails, scheduling his calendar, Travel plan
Other Duties will be assigned as needed and may include in managing Personal Schedules and Activities.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented!
Should know how to use Microsoft Office, Internet, Emails
A University Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
English and Spanish is preferred
No experience Necessary
work with onsite and offshore resources
Assist calling on behalf of offshore resources ( script provided )
Must be willing to learn new software tools like Hub spot, Quick books, payroll company, Social Media marketing, Google Ads etc
