Lukes University Health Network, the regions largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nations 100 Top Hospitals is seeking board certified/board eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our dedicated team of physicians at St. Lukes University Health Network.
This position will provide patient care at St. Luke's Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates Wind Gap and Stroudsburg locations.
About the Practice: St Lukes Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates is the largest practice in the service line consisting of seven physicians and nine advanced practitioners across 4 practice locations.Practice locations range from Lehigh Valley to the Poconos.Monthly call averages three weekday/weeknight shifts and one 24-hour weekend shift.About the Department: Lukes Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of over 100 physicians and advanced practitioners spread over 40 practice locations.Rapidly growing obstetrical program with over 5,000 deliveries per year across 3 birthing facilities.New state of the art birthing centers located at St. Lukes Anderson Campus, St. Lukes Allentown Campus and St. Lukes Upper Bucks Campus.Repeatedly awarded Best Place to Have a Baby in the Lehigh Valley by the Morning Calls Readers Choice Awards.Full support from a team of Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians to provide care for all OB patients (outpatient care, hospital consults, preconception counseling, genetic counseling, diabetes management, etc.
).In house 24/7 support from neonatology at each delivering campus with Level III capabilities available at St. Lukes Anderson and Allentown and Level II capabilities at St. Lukes Upper Bucks.In-office nurse navigators to help support our obstetric population.Individual practice call groups to provide a personalized experience for our patients.Outpatient support for patients and family members provided through St. Lukes Baby & Me Support Center an innovative facility designed to support patients and their families with support during and after pregnancy (pre-natal classes, lactation support, post-partum behavioral health support, etc.
