ChristianaCare is recruiting for a nocturnist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Neonatal Experience to work in our newly designed Women's & Children's unit at our Union Hospital site in Elkton, Maryland.

As an Advance Practice Clinician, you will become a member of our collaborative team of pediatric hospitalists, neonatologists, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, nurses, and ancillary team members dedicated to the care of neonates and their families.
The ideal candidate will primarily direct the medical management of infants in the delivery room and initial hours of life, providing overnight coverage for newborns admitted to the hospital.

Delivery room and level 1 nursery experience required. Education and Experience Requirements Completion of a master's degree and board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner-Neonatal or Acute Care Pediatric, or completion of a Physician Assistant program with board certification as a physician assistant, along with successful completion of a Neonatal Fellowship Program or a minimum of 3 years' neonatal care experience.
