ChristianaCare is recruiting for a nocturnist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Neonatal Experience to work in our newly designed Women's & Children's unit at our Union Hospital site in Elkton, Maryland.
As an Advance Practice Clinician, you will be part of a collaborative team including pediatric hospitalists, neonatologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and ancillary staff dedicated to neonatal care.
The ideal candidate will primarily manage infants in the delivery room and the initial hours of life, providing overnight coverage for admitted newborns.
Required Experience: Delivery room and level 1 nursery experience.
Education and Certification: Completion of a master's degree and board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner-Neonatal or Acute Care Pediatric, or completion of a Physician Assistant program with board certification and Neonatal Fellowship, or at least 3 years' neonatal care experience.
