Position Description:
This position provides support to the Network Operations department with regards to scanning and retrieval of

documentation into Papervision system. Performs a variety of office and/or technical tasks to accomplish the

specialized processing of information, documents or materials within the Network Operations Department.

This position provides support to the gathering, analyzing gaps and needs data and developing reports to show

current status.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for (though not limited to):

Managing the documents from the Network Operations Department that are developed or submitted

from the department. Scan and upload all such documents to the Papervision system as received. Set up
new Providers in the Papervision documentation system as indicated by supervisor.

Research, Store and distribute Legacy documentation. Process internal or external requests for legacy

information including public record requests. Provide technical assistance regarding documentation.

Transfer Medversant files/folders to Papervision system.

Retrieve all documents produced and processed through the Docusign system and upload them

Each time an Agency, Hospital, LIP with their own Contract and Practitioners or Rendering Practitioner

are Credentialed or Recredentialed the Provider Relations Account Representative will notify this

position and they will make a folder in the Network Operations drive and the final Credentialing or

Recredentialing Docusign Packet will be uploaded to the individual folder to be available for audits.

When Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) are developed and presented to

the Eastpointe Provider Network this position will collect all questions submitted about the RFI or RFP

and put them in a Question and Answer Document and sent to the Network Project Manager to develop

responses.

When RFI?s and RFP?s are developed and presented to the Eastpointe Provider Network this position

will collect all submissions and prepare electronic packets to be sent out to the internal committee to

review along with the RFI/RFP Review Tool.

When RFI?s and RFP?s are developed and presented to the Eastpointe Provider Network this position

will prepare and send out approval and non-approval letters to all applicants and will prepare a word

document with the those providers who were awarded the service(s) and this will be shared with

Leadership and Executive Teams.

This position will take minutes for any cross departmental meetings to review trends and needs for any

gaps and needs.

Maintain and update a spreadsheet and a word document showing sites and services that are added per

county during each calendar year. This will include through the RFI, RFP, Add a Service and Add a

Site Process. Send this document to the Director of External Operations, Director of Network

Operations, Provider Relations Supervisor and Network Project Manager when updates are made.

Perform tasks related to Network Operations activities including data entry, filing, copying and

processing requests.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Requires a general knowledge of the goals and objectives of the work unit, and an understanding of the

structure and functions of the organization. Work also requires knowledge of standard office practices and

procedures and the ability to practice effective communication techniques both orally and in writing. Skill in

organizing work flow and coordinating activities. Ability to independently work with people with courtesy and

tact in performing public contact duties that may be sensitive in nature.

Education/Experience/Licensure:
Completion of high school or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible secretarial or

clerical/administrative/ office management experience; or completion of a two-year secretarial science or

business administration program and two years of progressively responsible secretarial or

clerical/administrative, office management experience; or completion of a four-year program in a college or

university preferably with major emphasis on coursework in business administration, public administration, or

other related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Skilled in the use of Microsoft

Office products, Word, Excel and Power Point.
