Great Plains Communications is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to fill the position of Network Operations Engineer in the Blair, Nebraska area.
This position will be responsible for:
- Providing high level support to GPC customers and coworkers for transport, phone, internet, video and wireless services
- Working with GPC departments and outside vendors to identify, recommend, implement, and operate functional and cost-effective infrastructure management solutions.
Previous systems and network technical support experience is required. Successful candidates must have technical skills, problem solving skills, project management skills, computer skills, communication skills, and customer relation skills. A valid driver’s license is required.
