Your Role at a GlanceStaffing Model:4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hoursResponsibilities:Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nurseryAttend high-risk deliveriesOversee daily responsibilities in the nurseryCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based careAbout Wellington Regional Medical CenterWRMCis a233-bed acute care hospitalserving western Palm Beach County.
