Your Role as Medical Director: Inspire & Mentor: Lead and empower a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.Champion Excellence: Set the standard for high-quality, ethical care through strategic leadership.Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the Practice Manager to shape operational goals and annual plans.Drive Growth: Promote continuous learning and professional development for all team members.Uphold our strong standing as a trusted care provider while driving growth and further solidifying our presence in the community.About You: We're looking for a veterinarian with proven clinical expertise, a passion for leadership, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive, drama-free workplace.
Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
