Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: The Master Trainer will be responsible for delivering a training program to new hires and refresher classes for existing employees.

The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up:to:date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and encourage successful training experience.

This role is required to pass Client specific certifications, facilitate a direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results, acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions, deliver training courses, and assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.

There is a lot of reporting/rosters to maintain throughout the season.

Education:

Four:year college degree in education or human resources or equivalent industry experience : or meets Experience Target requirements.

Experience Target:

2 years prior experience.

5 years training experience.

Knowledge / Abilities:

:

Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills : effectively communicate strategy throughout the organization.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
:

Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
:

Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
:

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
:

Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
:

Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
:

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
:

Ability to effectively collaborate with client, prospects and across the organization
:

Consult with other trainers, mangers, and leadership
:

Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
:

Test and review created materials Instruct employee training
:

Conduct training through new materials
:

Review trainee's experience, performance and learning
:

Track and compile collected data
:

Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
:

Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
:

Deliver training courses
:

Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
:

Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
