The Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Director of Marketing. This is a remote position, but may require periodically coming into an NJ office.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New Jersey touches the lives of nearly 500 children, adolescents and adults, and their families, across the state. Individuals with emotional, behavioral and cognitive disabilities, including autism, are served through a broad spectrum of treatment settings, including community-based homes and supported apartments, vocational training programs, family care homes, and consulting services.

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum of two years marketing, project management or related field required. Experience preferably in the behavioral health-care environment.
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively adapt to changing organizational priorities, assignments, projects and deadlines.
Strong computer skills including Excel and Power Point required, Publisher and InDesign preferred.
Strong analytical, writing and oral presentation skills required.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Demonstrated professional writing experience required.
