As a member of the Intercontinental Region Biosimilar Team, you will partner cross:functionally to maximize the commercial opportunity of the existing and future biosimilar portfolio to deliver on Amgens mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Inline Biosimilars:

As a member of the Biosimilar team, you will partner cross:functionally to maximize the commercial opportunity through launch excellence planning, ensuring financial targets are met for every brand in every country and facilitating best:practice sharing
You will drive regional strategy and commercial guidance through brand planning within Amgen affiliates
Collaborate with affiliates in their launch planning, long:range sales forecasts, the latest sales estimates, and accelerate their customer engagement through delivery excellence
Handle market/policy shaping initiatives and training for biosimilars with key markets
Pre:Launch Biosimilars:

As the launch lead for wave:2 biosimilar products, you will be responsible for the cross:functional team to prepare the region for successful launch
You will assess business opportunity and needs throughout the region, including commit:to:file and commit:to:launch assessments
You will collaborate with the global biosimilar team to implement Regional strategies for adoption
Key Deliverables:

Inline Biosimilars:

Performance management: financial goals achieved, evolution of strategy, disease state reinforcement and promotional strategy according to market archetype
Develop and communicate an annual regional product strategy
Regional congress activities
Standard methodology sharing
Pre:Launch biosimilars:

Go:to:Market strategy (source of business and marketplace map), including leadership of launch readiness reviews across markets
Develop market shaping, promotional strategy and materials for launch co:created and adapted from global.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
Masters degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
Bachelors degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
Associate Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or
High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly motivated standout colleague with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle projects in a fast:paced multi:cultural environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across different functions
Documented marketing management track record of success in launching products, and in gaining or maintaining market leadership position post launch
Demonstrated ability in core marketing skills (segmentation, positioning, key messages, branding)
Ability to work effectively in an international and multi:cultural environment
Sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to critically assess issues, champion ideas, take decisions and focus on results
Management skills : planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan delivery
Excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills
