Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)
TheMarketing Operations & Promotions Manageris responsible for the direction and management of all Players Club, Bus Marketing and Marketing representatives.

In addition, the Marketing Operations & Promotions Manager is accountable for the successful planning and implementation of all Live Casino promotional programs and events.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
Oversees Players Club Supervisors, Lead Representatives, and Representatives in addition to Bus Marketing Representatives, and Marketing Department Representatives.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; completing administrative tasks for these departments.
Works with the Marketing management to maintain staff schedule to optimize service levels and maintain fiscal responsibility, as well as be available to address scheduling gaps across the departments.
Completing necessary tasks and helping to resolve complex customer situations allowing Lead Rep’s and Supervisor’s to maintain their presence on the floor
Ensures Players Club, Bus Marketing, and Other Marketing Department Representative staff are set up for success monthly to be prepared to complete their daily reports, etc. Ensures compliance with State Regulations.
Manages Players Club and Bus Marketing promotions and redemptions, including but not limited to gift days and free play offers.
Ensures Players Club and Bus Marketing Reports are processed and maintained.
Completes daily audits necessary for both Players Club and Bus Marketing to satisfy auditing requirements.
Manages promotions to outpace the competitors in the region. Will provide ongoing cost benefit analysis and return on investment for all major programs. Will monitor the competition by consulting newspapers, trade journals and other publications to learn about contemplated promotions, social functions and activities of casino and offers.
Manage the promotions lifecycle for both on property and off property events, including research, planning, implementation, evaluation and analysis. Utilize internal resources as well as external resources.
Organize all promotional efforts to drive rated play, stimulate slot and table games play, with slot and table tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways and tier-based promotions, etc.
Ensures comps and prize redemptions are issued in accordance with property guidelines with the proper controls, auditing, surveillance and coordination in place.
Works with Management to present challenges departments are facing to get support and resolutions to challenges.
Assists in Player’s Club/Bus Marketing equipment maintenance, ordering of supplies and printed materials/cards to keep pars met to meet demand.
Promote and practice excellent public relations and customer service.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard free work environment.
Monitor, maintain and balance department expenses and budgets.
Other duties as assigned
