The Marketing Director will develop and manage marketing strategies and programs for Studio, Tishman Speyers global co:working platform. This person will work alongside the Studio team, internal stakeholders, and in partnership with external creative agencies, PR firms and influencers to target tenants and brokers. Such initiatives include but are not limited to:

Evolve the global brand through creative solutions based in strategy that supports the business goals and objectives;
Create supportive leasing and sales materials;
Manage a global marketing budget;
Work with media buying agency to find out:of:the:box opportunities;
Create and manage social media marketing, email campaigns, and web solutions;
Curate print and digital marketing campaigns as well as supportive out of home marketing; and
Work with regional teams to ensure adoption of marketing plan.

What we look for:

7:10 years of experience in marketing either at a marketing and advertising agency or within a company.
Experience in Business to business as well as consumer facing marketing. Direct experience in real estate marketing preferred.
Must have a track record of applying innovative strategies and managing projects autonomously as well as part of a larger team.
Comfortable interacting with senior level management.
Must have a strong communication skills and ability to manage up.
Prior experience managing partners and agencies to execute marketing vision.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
