The client engagement manager is accountable for creating and running campaigns across our employer:focused book of business to boost awareness and use of our services across their eligible populations. This individual will also create physician strategies targeted at local community oncologists, health plans, and vendors to engage their member populations.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in health care marketing or communications, and significant experience working with large employers.

To be successful in this role, the individual has demonstrated experience deploying strategies and tactics that measurably increase awareness of services and drive utilization

Key Responsibilities include:

This position supports enterprise engagement strategies, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders from marketing/communications, sales, account management, client services, and operations, in order to:
Create and deliver overall engagement strategies and toolkits by target audience segment:including employers, employees, treating oncologists, health plans, and vendors.
Plan and execute client engagement strategies focused on service adoption and successful utilization by our existing customers.
Measure the success of these campaigns and optimize approaches based on the resulting data.
Develop strategies and annual action plans tailored to large and jumbo clients.
Interface with clients and internal AccessHope stakeholders including senior leaders and subject matter experts.
Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of client communications.
Educate our clients end users about our services and their benefits through customer emails, customer:focused content, and creation of campaigns to drive program awareness.
Craft strategies to better nurture our end users toward actions we want them to take (eg, product adoption, event signups/webinar attendance, other calls to action, etc.).
Engage additional stakeholder audiences:such as local community oncologists, health plans, and vendors:to build awareness of AccessHope
Collaborate with internal thought leaders and external agencies to create video content, podcasts, and other assets to build program awareness and Spark interest among end users.
Create and implement new projects and develop creative ideas that help improve customer success : from customer content and communication, to our approach, to marketing automation.
Team player who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross:functional team members (local and remote), key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.
Proven experience working in a Matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or health related field.
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Five:eight years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or PR agency setting; working with large employer brands,
Five:eight years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or other related field.

Preferred education experience and skills:

Greater than 10 years combined experience
Experience in product marketing, and the ability to educate in ways that our end users will understand.
Experience selecting and implementing digital marketing tool sets
Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation software
Experience writing proposals and responding to RFPs

Additional Information:

Travel requirement is estimated to be 10:15
