Job Description:
Responsible for implementing talent acquisition (TA) branding, sourcing and strategies to ensure the attraction of high:quality talent for UTMB. Drives overall talent acquisition ROI through guidance and direction in sourcing and recruitment to other human resources professionals, institutional leadership and branding and social sourcing partners. Provides in:depth content expertise and project management in the design, development and/or implementation of sourcing and recruitment programs, policies and practices. Leads team of recruiters through intelligent use of analytics and process efficiencies for sourcing and recruiting and readily assumes leadership responsibilities and functions autonomously in leadership role with institutional leadership, customers, and within the HR department.

Salary Range

Specific Job Related Duties
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes for talent acquisition including but not limited to: Provide direction to external agency and job board partners (LinkedIn, Indeed, GlassDoor) to regularly evaluate sourcing and marketing strategies and methods, scale:up those that work and discontinue those that dont. Research and evaluate existing and new job boards and platforms to attract new candidates Developing community pipelines. Involve professional associations, diversity organizations, alumni groups, college recruiting, tech recruiting, veteran outreach in ways that pre:defined drive efficiency and quality measures Support of executive recruitment and strategic sourcing assistance for hard:to:fill positions Leadership and individual contributor recruiting for the institution Lead and develop a team of sourcing and recruitment specialists in identifying and attracting candidates for all external classified and professional positions in prioritized areas across all business functions Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key customers and institutional leadership to ensure a clear understanding of UTMBs direction and provide required outcomes. Develop market:specific sourcing and marketing campaigns that are creative and innovative based on recruiting trends and competitive landscape for both high volume and professional roles. Invests significantly in the analysis of talent acquisition analytics and generates fact:based decisions on investments in specific sourcing programs and vendors to maximize quality talent acquisition results. Works closely with HR Business Intelligence on data reporting and analytics and its delivery not only to TAR leadership but each TAR individual contributors. Leverages Taleo Sourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding modules to ensure successful outcomes Establish communication cadence with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations and Compensation to understand priorities, make recommendations and create campaigns to support. Maintains departmental budget on a monthly basis, completes monthly variance reports, and works to develop forecasting and budget decisions.
