Job Summary 13;

The Program Manager will oversee and manage the delivery and support of all services provided under state contracts with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Program Manager will work with the ecosystem and the PMO office to ensure contract compliance. In addition, the Program Manager will manage a team of network engineers, call center agents, trainers, documentation and project managers in the Mechanicsburg office.

Job Description 13;

:Manages cross functional teams that include network engineers, project managers, service desk agents (call center), trainers, documentation/writers, and change management personnel
:Attends and manages regular client service review meetings; discussion may include deliverables, performance reports, service improvements, quality, and processes
:Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
:Reviews project proposals and plans to determine time frame, funding limitation, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
:Review customer requirements and manage their expectations
:Ensures SLAs meet (or exceed) client expectations
:Asses and implements processes and methodologies to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
:Works with the Sales and Engineering teams to gather, assess and validate customer requirements
:Manages the profit and loss for the entire program
:Hires, trains and manages PMO team members
:Supports training, communications, and change management within the organization.

Qualifications 13;

:Bachelors Degree
:7 or 10 years of program/project management experience
:Must pass background check
:Candidates with US Citizenship preferred
:Job experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a must
:Strong networking and/or security (firewalls) deployment experience
:Experience in leading cross:functional teams and implementing multiple strategic, complex projects with successful results (scope, schedule, and budget) simultaneously
:Experience defining and documenting processes and driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metrics
:CCNA Certification or higher desired
:PMP Certification desired
:ITIL Certification desired
:Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
