What You Will Do:
Provides strategic consultation and program management around learning in order to develop, execute, and evaluate learning curriculum, programs, and other development opportunities that address individual/team competency and organizational needs resulting in high performing leaders/team members

Accountabilities:
* Consults and partners with the business to effectively analyze and prioritize organizational learning/development needs for assigned areas. Performs gap analyses to inform the creation of quality programs, materials, and alternative learning and development solutions to build leadership/team member capability and effectiveness.
* Develops, executes and facilitates learning curriculum/programs in alignment with client and organizational needs.
* Challenge the status quo by designing and implementing innovative and inspiring learning solutions that meet diverse learning needs.
* Responsible for program management (including marketing, facilitation resources, program budget) to support strategic learning priorities e.g., onboarding for team members/leaders, leadership coaching, physician leadership/high potential development, emerging leaders, and other team member professional development.
* Partners and researches externally to benchmark, evaluate best practice standards and determine comprehensive learning solutions that are consistent with principles of adult learning, achieve intended impact and participant satisfaction.
* Collaborates with key stakeholders and cross:system teams to identify learning needs, develop strategies, determine and implement solutions and support individuals to take action in their respective roles in order to facilitate cost effective and impactful development opportunities.
* Responsible for managing vendor relationships including leveraging expertise to influence decisions, determining agreements and challenging the status quo.
* Evaluates the effectiveness of learning strategies/programs/solutions and assesses the impact on the business of. Utilizes this information in order to make decisions e.g., improvements, modifications, etc.
What You Will Need:
:Level of Education: Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Education, or a related field prefered.
:Years of Experience: 7 + years experience in training and development, leadership, OD, human resources consultation, or related field.
:Describe Type Experience: Learning/OD consultation, working with/managing multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, learning and development program design, group facilitation, and alternative solution design and delivery.
:Knowledge of best practice learning and development methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations.
:Effective group facilitation and internal consulting skills.
:Skills in research, developing sound proposals, and demonstrated ability in the successful implementation of programs.
:Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes.
:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels. Abililty to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences consisting of different generations, cultures, and learning styles.
:High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
