The Global Learning Partner is responsible for developing and overseeing the high impact learning initiatives designed to improve organizational capability to achieve business results. The role is part of the Global Learning Organization and partners with the other key stakeholders in Learning needs assessment, development and execution of appropriate learning solutions to create the best possible learning experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities include:

:Consult with Business Leaders of the assigned functions and other key stakeholders (eg: Business HR) to understand business and organizational goals, gather business requirements to proactively identify learning opportunities in support of strategic business goals and operational objectives.
:Gather new emerging trends and capabilities for the assigned function(s) to develop new learning experiences to drive business goals.
:Be intimately familiar and connected with Regions and Divisions in order to escalate gaps and needs
:Drive needs assessment, overall strategy, execution, and evaluation of learning programs for the assigned function(s) and support the strategic planning process within the functions assigned by attending and partnering on key functional meetings and events.
:Work with (Center of HR Excellence) CoHRE resources to determine future direction, prioritize gaps and identify curricula solutions
:Partner with Learning Design and Content Lead for the development of all learning design and creation activities
:Collaborate with Technology and Measurement team to ensure alignment with curricula strategy and to identify creative alternatives to performance challenges; partners to drive adoption and challenge standards
:Review content programs being developed to ensure alignment to business needs and provide input as needed
:Provide guidance to the LMS Administration Team (Lead Analyst) on appropriate criteria for creating curricula programs and assignment profiles
:Partner with finance to effectively develop, manage and analyze variances on an ongoing basis of the budget assigned
:Understand existing learning program offerings, monitor progress and communicate availability to other PCs as needed
:Actively participate in the Governance process preparing and presenting interim learning requests
:Proactively communicate with key senior level executive stakeholders and CoHRE/CBS (Central Business Services) team members as well as Business HR as needed

Qualifications:

:At least 12years of HR/Talent/Learning experience
:Bachelor degree, Master preferred
:Subject matter expert for Learning
:Demonstrated skill in applying approaches, tools, and techniques to gain the cooperation and support of others; ability to lead by example and foster collaborative relationships
:Ability to partner, collaborate, and impact decisions within and outside the organization
:Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively and in a succinct manner; advanced verbal, written, and presentation abilities; ability to ask thoughtful questions to gain insights, listen, and understand other perspectives
:Ability to use a broad range of methods, assumptions, frameworks, and perspectives when solving problems and making decisions
:Project planning and management experience, including the ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1:2 years), and strategic (3:5 years) planning in support of the business plan
:Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development
