This position provides expert leadership and end:to:end program management to plan, manage and deliver all aspects of cross:functional complex programs. Key success factors for this role are a passion for program management, an ability to motivate and drive cross:functional teams and a proven track record delivering on:time, on:budget and in:scope. We are looking for dynamic leaders that can get in the drivers seat, remove any roadblocks and take any action required to ensure we are rapidly moving forward.
In tandem with program management, Manager will source opportunities and lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role, they will work with cross:functional team members to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the proposal development process to ensure on:time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well:written proposals.
The position involves researching, writing, and producing a high volume of client:facing documentation on behalf of our company in support of an array of our products and services. This role will successfully communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including, Product Management, Sales, Engineering leads, Offer Management, Legal and other subject matter experts, as needed : and thus, is a highly visible role.

Job Description 13;

* Responsible for up:to:date program documentation including: charter, success metrics, program schedule (with critical path), risk assessment (with mitigation plans), action log and meeting notes
* Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, and lead and guide the work of the Bids
* Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
* Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to create proposal outlines and final templates
* Direct proposal kickoff and debrief meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development.
* Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery; to complete the formulation of win strategies and themes ensure the message is articulated throughout the proposal
* Write persuasively, including executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables; actions from meetings with proposal team members, capture teams, and understanding of the businesss value proposition
* Create checkpoints for status and Solicit management reviews when appropriate
* Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
* Research and gather information to include corporate information, product information, and other standard materials
* Maintain, augment and improve library of reusable components, templates, and processes to reduce response time and improve quality on future bids
* Facilitate a retrospective assessment on proposals, and refine future proposal strategies, tactics process, templates and training.
* Synthesize disparate information into clear and concise status, recommendations, actions and decisions that align to the end:state vision
