Details of the offer

This position is responsible for overseeing all phases of Enterprise technical projects from conception to completion, including planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting, monitoring and reporting.

Essential Duties:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
Prepare cost benefit analysis
Prepare appropriate documents for Executive review and approval
Develop comprehensive project plans, prototypes and mockups
Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects
Manage risks and issues
Document, implement and manage changes
Track and manage allocated tasks to ensure target dates are met
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Lead testing and quality assurance activities
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps as appropriate
Prepare weekly status reports for each project
Conduct meetings with project sponsor, stakeholders, vendors, IT, Executives, etc.
Manage project budgets
Assist in the development of policies & procedures and training materials
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum education: BA or BS in Information Technology or Computer Science
PMP certification required; PMO experience preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of technical project management experience working on IT-related projects
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on MS Project, Excel and Visio; certification preferred
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies
Technical understanding and familiarity with technology-related terminology and processes
Understanding of applications development methodology is preferred
Knowledge of software life cycle management
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
Strong presentation skills
Ability to effectively and timely manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Advanced analytical and reasoning skills
Detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment
Effective conflict management skills
Environment and/or Physical Factors:
Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Sedentary work involves extensive sitting, typing, close range vision most of the time.
