Title: IT Delivery Lead II (IT)
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 12-18 months
Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement
Engagement Description
Looking for an IT Delivery Manager II who can drive the delivery of a large-sized project of critical importance that carries substantial consequences. Prior Healthcare Delivery Manager experience preferred.
Top 3 Skills:
Ability to manage the delivery of large critical IT projects
Five (5) years of experience managing IT projects in a large organization
Ability to apply project management concepts, practices and procedures to completion of a highly complex assignment
Required Skills/Experience
:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, mission, and goals to both business and IT audiences
Ability to work with leaders of multiple internal areas and with vendor to achieve desired outcomes
Track and report on program milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Negotiate changes as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines
Preferred Skills/Experience
:
Prior experience in Healthcare project delivery
Education/Certifications
:
Bachelor's Degree in a related concentration.
