Title: IT Business Systems Analyst Advisor ( Data Science)
Will be able to consider candidates from any of the below mentioned locations.

Collaborates with business and IT partners to facilitate and support the development of detailed scope statements and high level business requirements in development efforts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business,
Enterprise Data Science
and IT partners. Identifies and initiates opportunities to support business activities.
Leads the high-level
use case and
requirements development process.
Supports elicitation/development of high-level and detailed business requirements
/user stories
for medium- to large-sized efforts
using agile methodologies
.
Partners with
business users
collaborating on business opportunities and solutions.
Collaborates with
Medicare Advantage Stars PMO
to develop
solution(s)
that strengthen
Stars Program
effectiveness.
Supports the management of integrated (business, functional, and technical) requirements and design to ensure that all requirements have been gathered and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation.
Supports development of strategy plans and
data science/AI
solutions to meet business requirements.
Identifies and manages risks and develops contingency plans to resolve issues that impact business objectives.
Anticipates and identifies
business
needs and
collaborates with key stakeholders, Enterprise Data Science and IT partners
to identify solutions
to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs across medium, complex technology initiatives.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree in related field or Technical Institute degree; 6 or more years' experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Certifications in, BA or BSA
or Project Management
preferred.
Healthcare, Health Plan operations, Medicare/Medicare Advantage, or Clinical Pharmacy/PBM operations knowledge required.
Quality Performance Monitoring (HEDIS/CAHPS/HOS, etc.), Data Management processes and systems, big data, AI knowledge preferred.
Requires a basic understanding of tools and methods
including Agile methodologies
. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand
solution
dependencies and manage
solution
integration required. Knowledge and experience with
Agile tools such as Jira/Kanban boards
and training in facilitation preferred.
