Position Overview:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Dedicated procedure timeInpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient careCall Ratio: General call and Interventional call responsibilitiesDaily Patient Census: Manage a consistent daily patient loadEquipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resourcesProvider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry)Primary responsibilities: Perform a variety of interventional GI procedures, including ERCP, EUS, and advanced endoscopic techniquesProvide general gastroenterology careUtilize advanced imaging modalities and navigational tools for accurate diagnosis and treatmentEvaluate and manage patients with complex gastrointestinal conditionsCollaborate closely with referring physicians and other specialistsParticipate in multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boardsProvide patient education and counselingContribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activitiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record systemMinimum Qualifications:MD or DO degreeBoard-certified in GastroenterologyFellowship-trained in Interventional GastroenterologyLicensed to practice medicine in the stateProven experience in interventional gastroenterology proceduresExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompensation and Perks:Competitive Compensation Package: range is around .Sign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidatesFull-time or Part-time schedulesA positive work-life balanceCollaborative and energized clinical teamsAbout Us: At NorthBay Health, we are guided by our values: Nurturing Care; Own It; Respect; Build Trust; and Hardwire Excellence.
