Interim It Contracts Counsel - Pharma - Remote

Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim IT Contracts Counsel – Pharma.

Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced Interim IT Contracts Counsel with experience supporting large pharmaceutical companies.

Company: Global pharmaceutical leader.

Experience: Our client is seeking an experienced Interim IT Contracts Counsel with a minimum of 7 years of legal experience supporting fast-paced pharmaceutical organizations.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of IT services agreements, and a strong track record of advising on complex IT transactions in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Location: Remote, East Coast hours only

Responsibilities Include:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT-related agreements, including:
• Software as a Service agreements
• Software licensing and development contracts
• Cloud services and hosting agreements
• Data privacy and cybersecurity terms

Qualifications Include:
• J.D.
from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years focused on negotiating and advising on IT contracts.
• Proven in-house legal experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate complex IT agreements in highly regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital health technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $95-100/hr.
