JOB SUMMARY 13;
In preparing for the transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at Childrens, the Identify Access Management (IAM) Team must convert approximately 300 users who were Childrens employees but are now non:employed contractors; despite the change in employment status, these users continue to use their employee Active Directory (AD) Network Access ID for accessing the Childrens network. This conversion will also enable the SailPoint application to process automated terminations of AD Accounts for Childrens employees.

If Contractor has an Epic account, the EMP will be updated with the contractor AD ID

Disable the Contractors previous Childrens Employee AD ID

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES* 13;

Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.

Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
