Ics Cybersecurity Analyst

Description

SAIC is seeking several ICS Cybersecurity Analysts in Rockville, MD. SAIC will support the National Institute of Health (NIH) cyber modernization program.
Job Duties:

Experience in performing business/requirements analysis, documentation of SOPs and processes, training guides, business process improvement documentation.
Experience in the following specialty area: Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
The ICS Cybersecurity Consultant will assist the implementation of a PMO that can stand up and sustain governance efforts that align with broader mission and governance efforts.
Develop a current state inventory/list of ICSs
Prioritize list of ICSs to be retired/sunset
Perform Analysis of Alternative of ICS modernization/replacement/for sunsetting technology and tools
Establish and implement common NIST SP 800-82 controls within ORS/ORF
Implement a PMO that can stand up and sustain governance efforts that align with broader OD mission and governance efforts
Establish ICS Modernization Strategy
Perform a cost analysis of a full ICS modernization
Perform an assessment of newer ICS-enabling technology acquisition
Align governance structure / revise existing governance to enable steady, streamlined O&M funding with OD Enterprise

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
E xperience in performing business/requirements analysis, documentation of SOPs and processes, training guides, business process improvement documentation.
Experience in the following specialty areas: Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
Preferred Qualifications:
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification
NIST Cybersecurity Framework course completion
ITILv3 or higher certification
