iCertis Consultant The primary role is to ensure that the iCertis (CLMS) Contract Life Cycle Management System and supporting business processes are functioning according to Client Corporate CLMS policies.
The consultant will perform diagnostic actions to identify workarounds and initiate Service Management processes, including Problem Management, to resolve incidents.
The focus is on operational efficiency and scalability of CLMS support across Procurement Operations.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activities related to iCertis CLMS.Leverage project management knowledge within software industry products, especially SCM and CLM applications.Work with external vendors, managing client relationships and deliverables during implementation and support.Collaborate with Business Units, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, managing escalations effectively.Coordinate debugging and issue resolution with iCertis and L3 support teams.Manage communication with business users and internal cross-functional teams.Ensure first-level resolution using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Oversee end-to-end management through coordination with technical teams.Create support tickets for L3 support as needed.Monitor transactional activities, identify issues proactively, and implement automation solutions via SOPs and Runbooks.Maintain FAQs related to new releases and functionalities.Support basic iCertis functionalities and conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.Provide impact assessments and test case documentation for technical issues.Coordinate with the iCertis Product team for code-related issues and develop workarounds for bugs.Follow Business Change Control processes, including validation activities.Handle client communications and daily vendor interactions effectively.Possess good communication skills and customer handling abilities.Have knowledge of Integration Management with ERP systems.Work independently to resolve tickets within SLA, handle escalations, and manage critical issues.Be familiar with Change Management, Coupa CLM, Contract Publishing, Power Author, and Template creation.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Possess technical skills related to iCertis and desirable skills in CLMS and CLMA.Have a background in Contract Management and Project Management.Salary and Benefits Applications are accepted until June 6, 2025.
The annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
The position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance.
