Responsibilities:
* Inspect and perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems
* Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC system.
* Perform repairs promptly and efficiently
* Follow manuals, blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation and operation of systems
* Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
* 2+ year of previous experience with HVAC
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* EPA Certification
Physical Demands:
* Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
* May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
* May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
* May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb.
by lifting, carrying or pushing
* Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
* Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
We provide a fully stocked company vehicle and offer a base salary ranging between $52,000-$80,000 with the opportunity to make over $100K!
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
