Local Investment company is seeking support of a HR Specialist to lead with recruiting and onboarding activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ** The HR Manager will spearhead all new hire paperwork Oversee and perform all compliance duties for onboarding paperwork Coordinate preemployment drug screens and background checks Support timekeeping and payroll processing using ADP platform Support other HR functions, as needed EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HR * * The HR Manager must have experience with onboarding process and paperwork compliance A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this role Experience with ADP is a plus but not a must INNOV2024
