Job Description
The HR Advisor Role
As a HR Advisor you will be part of the Elst HR Team, that consist of a HR Business Partner, 2 HR advisors (including you) and 2 HR Interns. You will work closely together to deliver on all our targets, but there is also room for fun. Do you have a passion for HR? Are you looking to work in a fast paced, international environment? For our factory in the Elst Factory were looking for a results and data driven HR Advisor for 5 days a week. Within this role you will leverage and support the European HR agenda as well as being involved in generalist HR activities which enables the People Team to meet its strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic HR Advisor for the Elst factory you are:
- Responsible for Recruitment based on the FTE Forecast.
- Responsible for monitoring and executing the strategic HR plan
- Responsible for monitoring the HR budget (People Compensation, People HR and Variable Compensation) in accordance to the overall company strategy.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders guiding and challenging managers in all aspects of HR and providing a point of contact for employees with people related queries;
- Taking initiative on all people initiatives and projects (such as promotions, merit review, OPR, organizational change, performance appraisals)
- Taking initiative on all employee relations issues including absence by providing proactive support, coaching and supporting managers as well as managing relationship with our occupational health provider;
- Responsible for all data and analytical requests from Line management and Management Team;
- Leading performance management process and executing improvement plans with managers including facilitation of terminations where necessary.
- Identify training needs and develop the appropriate measures.
To qualify for the position of HR Advisor at Kraft Heinz, you need to have;
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (University/HBO)
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
- Strong analytical skills (and experience in Microsoft Excel)
- Problem Solver and Critical Thinking Skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (love to work under pressure)
- Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
- Ability to Simplify
- Project Management Skills
