Help Desk Tier III - REMOTE
OneDrive Specialist
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for answering incoming technical support requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner. This position will be visible throughout the organization as the primary point of contact for support issues and should have the ability and desire to have a positive impact on the IT department and organization as a whole.
The requirements for the project are as follows:
Implement OneDrive for all end-users.
Utilize SCCM to distribute OneDrive client to end-user devices.
Provide Tier 3 support for end-user issues.
Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM distribution issues.
Provide Tier 3 support for OneDrive synching issues.
Provide Tier 3 support for OneDrive additional storage requests.
Provide Tier 3 and SME support for future OneDrive enhancements/uplifts.
Provide FW support as needed for future enhancements.
Microsoft will provide support for the following activities:
Support for OneDrive cloud service (all server, storage, and back-end technologies)
Deployment activity, including deployment of OneDrive client to end-users
Provisioning of storage increase requests (above 5TB)
Management, maintenance, monitoring and reporting on OneDrive service will provide support for the following activities:
Tier 3 support for end-user OneDrive client or synchronization issues
Creation and maintenance of the OneDrive client in SCCM
Tier 3 support for SCCM distribution issues related to the OneDrive client
End-user assistance with storage increase requests
FW support as needed for steady-state or future enhancements
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in related discipline desired (i.e. Computer Science or Computer Information Technology) or 5+ years equivalent experience in a related field
Experience providing Tier 3 support for the Office365 suite of tools, particularly OneDrive
Create and maintain configuration documentation (MOPs/SOPs), as well as system and operations run books
3-5 years support and administration in large-scale Office 365 environments. Must have a strong knowledge and experience in the IT security space and best practices
Self-starter and able to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results with minimal supervision
Excellent client interfacing, relationship building, and consulting skills

An attention to detail and ability to concentrate in a busy environment
Ability to prioritize issues and take appropriate steps with minimal supervision
