You can find more information about Transporeon as an employer here >> As the Head of Regional Sales, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our sales strategy to expand our market presence and drive bookings and revenue growth in Southern Europe.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Regional Sales, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve ambitious business objectives.
You are ready for your Transformation if you have: 5+ years of experience in a frontline sales leader role with a track record of driving bookings and revenue growth.
A logistics/Logtech background is preferred.Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common business objectives.Language skills: proficient/native French and fluent English are mandatory; Italian or Spanish are very welcome.Transform yourself and take responsibility for: Executing a robust regional sales strategy aligned with the company's GTM (Go-to-Market) initiatives, priorities, and objectives.Leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team with a combination of NetNew sales and Account management, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.Collaborating with product, field marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive approach for our regional sales activities.Providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership on regional sales initiatives and progress.Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.If you are interested, please apply with your CV in English.
