Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of people management experience, mentoring and developing team members in sales/business development.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in Business Development, from identifying partners to executing and growing agreements. Experience in go:to:market strategies through Partners.

Experience managing managers, as well as senior stakeholders.

Ability to engage and align cross:functional teams across geographies.

Ability to effectively operate and adapt in a fast:paced, constantly evolving team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

About the job

In this role, you will lead our Online Partner business globally. You will directly manage the Online PDMs around the world to ensure the delivery of our Online partner growth commitments. Additionally, you will lead through cross:functional teams such as Marketing, Support, Product, and Enablement to develop and drive the growth G Suite and GCP.

Lead a team of managers and team members around the world to achieve and exceed our Online Partners growth goals.

Drive long:term growth by identifying, negotiating, and ramping new online partners.

Lead the team to establish clear, mutual commitments around growth, marketing, services offerings, etc. Review this plan in periodic Business Reviews with partners to monitor progress and establish corrective actions as needed.

Identify growth projects and programs across our partner ecosystem that can scale the business. Plan and execute programs and work with cross:functional stakeholders in the wider Cloud organization, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Partnerships.

Perform ad:hoc analysis to predict, measure, and interpret business trends and inform key decisions. Communicate findings on a regular basis to all levels of management and leverage partner feedback to drive improvements.
