Job Description We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.


:Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
:Oversee guest services and resolve issues
:Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
:Maintaining All Costs control (Food and Labor cost)
:Train and manage all personnel
:Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
:Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
:Marketing and Execution of Catering

:Previous experience in food service or other related fields
:Manager Food Handler Certificate
:Strong leadership qualities
:Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment
:Excellent written and communication skills

Today, we continue to fulfill the needs and desires of our neighbors with a menu of ingredient:inspired, prepared:to:order food. When you visit our cafe, youll see real kitchens in place of assembly lines. Youll hear the chopping of over 40 types of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, and the sizzle of our real panini grill. Youll see the stoves open flame and feel the warmth from our ovens working all day long. Theyre the traditions we established years ago that we still passionately follow today.
