BC/BE General Gastroenterologist neededOpen to practicing physicians or candidates coming out of training27 Gastroenterologists currentlyLarge referral network with >900 physicians2 year track to shareholder statusEPIC EMRClinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility opening in August 2025.
Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building will offer Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more.
Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.New facility will house 2 endoscopy suites, with 2 additional endoscopy suites in the Hoffman Estates clinicHospital coverage just two miles south of the office at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk GroveCall of 1:7Compensation and BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider.
Employer provided life and disability insuranceImmediate 401(k) matchAccess to a non-qualified deferred compensation plan once eligibility requirements are metEligible for sign-on and relocation bonus and loan forgiveness optionCatalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing trainingThe anticipated base compensation range for this position is $450,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience.
In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $475,000 - $675,000.QualificationsABOUT DULY HEALTH AND CARE
