Bonus points for each book they've read by Patrick Lencioni.Key Results Areas (aka the Job Outcomes) Owns and manages the company's financial planning model within Mosaic, including budget forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboardsPartners with accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals and forecasted data, assisting with monthly close and variance analysisSupports annual budgeting processes and 12-month rolling forecasts across departmentsDevelops and maintains robust reporting tools that provide visibility into financial and operational performanceProvides insights and recommendations on revenue trends, cost management, and business driversAssist with board reporting, fundraising metrics, and ad hoc financial analysisContinuously optimize FP&A systems and workflows for scalability and efficiencyQualifications 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience using Mosaic, Planful or Workday for financial modeling, dashboards, and planning workflowsSolid understanding of GAAP accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and close processesStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with other financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Maxio, etc.)Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionallySelf-starter with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment preferredCPA or CFA certification (or progress toward) preferredPrevious experience implementing and using Mosaic preferred Requirements

Total compensation for the role is between $85k - $95k. This is a full-time, hybrid role in Glendale, AZ, working side by side with the engineering, product, senior leadership, and more.
