Forecast Reporting Consultant
This position may be located in Roanoke, VA, Indianapolis, IN, Reno NV,
Cincinnati, OH,
Richmond, VA,
South Portland, ME, Albany, NY or Midland, GA
The
Forecast Reporting Consultant
is responsible for coordinating and managing all reporting, analysis and forecasting processes. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assures quality and integrity of the data collected and reported.
Serves as liaison for the enrollment forecast processes and the annual operating plan.
Ensures that forecasting methodologies are aligned with business targets and operating plans are consistent with corporate objectives.
Serves as a representative for corporate-wide Sales metrics (BIS) reporting.
Oversees the definition, development and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree in business or related field
5-8 years progressively responsible experience in data collection, analysis and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Advance degree preferred.
Experience in sales enrollment reporting and forecasting preferred.
Knowledge of the health care industry.
Experience working with call center software and reporting (Genesys, VSS, EVP) required
2+ years creating, implementing, and managing capacity/staffing models across multiple operational areas (call, claim, medical management) required
Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects required
Strong organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills required
Presentation skills required
Business Objects and Tableau experience required
Experience in sales enrollment reporting and forecasting preferred
Prior workforce management experience preferred
Programming experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access including Visual Basic preferred
Ability to travel required
