Finance Associate

Key contributor to providing the leadership team with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.Driving quarterly close, forecast and day to day financial management, including coordinating with stakeholders.Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes.Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests.Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.Qualifications2+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience, investment banking, or management consulting experience.BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, possessing proven analytical skills to drive insights and inform decision-making.Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion.Extensive experience handling vast amounts of information and synthesizing a clear and concise story along with effective communication skills in multiple formats.Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)100% medical coverage for you.401k.Unlimited PTO.Free Weekly Lunch & Dinner in the Office.Yearly company-paid team retreats.Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 USD
