Practice Setting: Telehealth settingQuick credentialing process is availableAverage volume of up to 4 patient visits per hourPatient panel is aged 18 or olderSchedule: Monday-Saturday8 AM - 8 PM ESTFlexible shifts, with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours per shiftCases and Procedures: Primarily focused on Ozempic and diabetes managementNew patient consultations (30 minutes)Follow-up appointments (15 minutes)Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician Candidates must have 2 state licenses
