The Manager: Operations works cross functionally to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives to serve EyeMeds clients and members. Specifically, the Manager: Operations is responsible for providing clients a leading experience including but not limited to onsite clinics for insurance members. The Manager: Operations interfaces with key clients, stakeholders, and operational teams across Luxotticas portfolio of brands while traveling to client locations. The Manager: Operations is responsible for tracking the success of client initiatives and understanding opportunities for further growth.


:Continued evolution and execution of all onsite (Pop Up) clinics for EyeMed clients:

:Designs and frames scope of clinic
:Coordinates work with partner and cross:functionally within Eyemed
:Defines and manages logistics
:Ensures legal compliance
:Designs process for repeatable / sustained operation of clinics.
:Supports EyeMed sales and account management team events.
:Continual process improvement, helps increase efficiency of clinic management:

:Puts metrics in place to measure impact on business
:Ensures maximum accuracy of data
:Analyzes metrics
:Determines and makes recommendation for future improvement needs
:Increases EyeMed visibility with key partners through communication channels:

:Presents EyeMed core messages and newsletters
:Ensures budget compliance for the events under responsibility.


:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
:5+ years of experience in operations or sales support function
:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
:Strong communication skills
:Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in parallel
:Strong planning and project management skills to deliver initiatives on:time and within budget
:Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial attitude
:Ability to physically move and set up operational equipment as necessary
:Ability to travel 5:10 business days per month and accommodate a flexible schedule


:Understanding of retail and / or insurance industries
:Understanding of vision care products / plans
:Analytical skills
