We are looking for Company CDL A Tractor Trailer drivers to join our dedicated fleet running to: VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.
JOB DETAILS Freight: A mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touchRunning Area: No-touch, live unload grocery freight to store locations in VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV.Home Time: Home Daily. Drivers will receive consistent home time with 48-hour resets (same two days off every week).Average Weekly Pay: Drivers working 5 on and 2 off with 1600 miles per week can expect approximately $1300 per week (after a 90-day ramp-up period with no attendance issues).Top Pay: Top-performing drivers can earn over $1500 per week.Stop Pay: $20 per stop.Minimum Mileage Pay: Shorter Routes will be paid out on Minimum pay band scale. Average Weekly Mileage: Drivers can expect to run approximately ******** miles per week.Routes: This will usually require 2 routes per working day (11-14 hour shift).Shifts: Start times between noon and midnight, with weekends required. Work 5 days on, 2 days off, with more shifts becoming available upon increased tenure at account.Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $2,500 total - $250 for the first load, 30 days $250, 60 days $250, 90 days $500, 120 days $250, 150 days $250, 180 days $750You must be an active driver at the time of bonus payout to be eligible.Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer-model day cabs KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience: 3 months CDL A Tractor Trailer drivingTraining: 1 day of on-site training in which you'll receive $125 and 3-4 ride-alongs at $50 per ride along.
