Job Summary 13;

The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations for a high:end airport lounge. Will manage a team of 15 associates and reports to the Lounge Manager.

This is a 7:day operation; evenings and weekends are part of regular work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

:You will oversee the culinary operations and activities of the airport lounge
:You will have the opportunity to create your own menus using locally grown products
:You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service

Preferred Qualifications:

:B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts
:Knowledge/experience in a halal kitchen
:Three to five years of culinary management experience, four:star hotel experience preferred
:Inventory and purchasing experience
:Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
:Knowledge of P and L accountability and contract:managed service experience is desirable.
:ServSafe certified is a plus 13;
