Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades K-5. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and social-emotional development
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on strategies to support student success
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in teaching and learning
Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning
