ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE OPPORTUNITY
Our "customer experience" team is the main interface between VTEX and its customers. We are looking for a quick learner who likes technology, wants to master the different scenarios of the VTEX platform, can develop creative solutions to our customers' challenges and is always engaged in improving the customer-company relationship.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Understand the project scope, guide all the stakeholders during the implementation process acting as an e-commerce expert and applying the best practices;
Collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts to establish the vision of a project and analyze the tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Work with analysts product managers, and development teams to produce high-fidelity prototypes and functionality demo
Have the ownership and be accountable for the project success
Manage process for new customer implementation projects including coordinating and supporting both the internal and partners? development team and the customer project team all the way through business requirements and technical architecture, training, and go-live
Ensure changes, updates and exceptions are documented throughout the project life cycle.
Collaborate with QA, product managers on the creation of test cases
Escalate project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans as required
Educate client stakeholder groups on our platform and value;
Support account managers and support teams;
Support our customers and partners;
Interact with different areas within the organization, such as sales and R&D teams;
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS
Engineering title is preferred;
3+ years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the IT digital E-commerce industry. (Sales or Operations or Marketing or Development)
Experience with a consumer-facing E-commerce platform is a must
Experience in SaaS e-commerce platform preferred but not required;
Experience in Google Analytics (or similar) and e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, etc.) preferred but not required.
Experience with Amazon/eBay Market Places; Search Engine Optimization and knowledge Project Management
Experience with all areas of product development including Point of Sale, payments, cancellations, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization;
Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams;
Ability to work on numerous different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Demonstrated ability to drive requirements gathering sessions, risk analysis, and mitigation plans, scrum stand up and progress update meetings.;
Analytical and logical thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems;
Clear, accessible and user-friendly communication to easily transmit your ideas to any audience;
Organization and self-motivation to work in an environment with great autonomy and flat hierarchy;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Must be incredibly detail-oriented to act as an implementation project manager;
Had cross-cultural experiences and lived abroad;
Prior experience in leading the proof of concept process to gain early feedback and inform product strategy and for ensuring smooth adoption and execution is a huge plus.

Be able to quickly report ALL the current projects status at any time in detail (high level of organization and attention to the details);
Prioritize replying customers' as fast as possible;
Build trust with the clients to become a trusted advisor (eliminate/reduce escalation process);
Be able to do platform demos for partners;
Manage implementation project leading the communication between all the stakeholders (client and vendors) and set the pace giving visibility for everyone (avoid miscommunication and keep everything under control);
Act as a solution architect helping the clients to implement new capabilities;
Improve VTEX's USA clients Net Promoter Score;
Be able to travel within the US to visit clients;
Be able to travel to Brazil for a 2-week onboarding process;
Be able to support the sales team to answer an e-commerce platform RFP.
YOUR COMPENSATION PACKAGE WILL BE
Annual base salary of $110,000 (Salary + OTE $116,600) paid semi-monthly for a full-time W-2 contract;
The annual bonus of up to 16.6% of the annual base salary, based and defined by VTEX global guidelines and targets;
Reimbursement of up to 65% for foreign language classes (English, Spanish or Portuguese);
21 (twenty-one) calendar days of vacation per year (up to 5 days of unused vacation days will be carried over into the following year);
Single full medical coverage for the employee (UnitedHealthcare HMO or similar);
Safe Harbor 401(k) after 3 months (100% match up to 3% plus 50% match from 3% to 5%);
