As a Donor Engagement Representative, you'll play an essential role in engaging with current and potential donors, sharing important messages, and helping to build long-term relationships between nonprofits and their supporters. This is an entry-level role with incredible growth potential, providing you with the opportunity to develop key skills in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, and client relations.
What You'll Do:Engage with potential donors at live events, retail locations, and community outreach programs
Build relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the mission
Represent nonprofit clients, promote fundraising campaigns, and secure donations
Assist with event coordination and help drive awareness at in-person activations
Maintain and track donor information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance donor engagement strategies Provide exceptional customer service to answer questions and address donor inquiries
Help develop communication strategies that promote long-term donor retention
