We are looking for a highly motivated and seasoned marketing professional to drive integrated marketing programs and brand campaigns that support business growth objectives.
This position reports to the Vice President of U.S. Client Marketing for PGIM Investments. The U.S. Programs and Brand Campaigns Director develops strategic and integrated marketing plans, aligned with business objectives driving visibility across the product suite including mutual funds, ETFs, target date funds and SMAs.
This candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to understand sales goals and product focus, while collaborating with our in:house media teams, product management, and other functional teams to develop and execute cross channel programs. In this role, youll influence senior leaders and collaborate with internal and external business partners to execute marketing programs and brand campaigns that engage financial advisors and drive growth across client segments.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
: Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging a variety of content and media including product materials, thought leadership content, paid, earned media and owned media, research and strategic analysis
: Conceptualize and build out relevant messaging targeted to advisors including those who hold PGIM products and those who dont
: Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new assets across owned, earned and paid media channels including advertising, landing pages, emails, social media posts, etc.
: Develop comprehensive creative briefs that define goals and objectives, target audience, key messaging and visual direction for all initiatives
: Lead marketing programs; Direct and motivate Editorial, Design, Digital and Corporate Functional teams to ensure programs are properly developed and executed
: Set KPIs with Sales and Marketing Leadership to drive measurable results
: Validate and test innovative ideas based on research/industry trends, and collaborate with other marketing team members and external partners to gather competitive information and identify new opportunities
: Establish strong working relationships with in:house media teams, Sale Leads, Product Management, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams

Qualifications
: Seasoned marketer with in:depth knowledge of the industry and investment products; Financial services marketing experience is a must
: Previous experience working in a sales:driven, multi:channel, distribution environment
: Ability traditional as well as new and unique marketing approaches
: Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to mobilize resources and build cooperative working relationships combined with the ability to take ownership and drive results
: Strong written and oral communication skills
: An independent, self:starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
: Must be comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
: 7+ years of experience in investment product marketing, institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors
: Bachelors degree required
: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Workfront and Adobe Incopy and Indesign
