Job Description Responsibilities: Manage complex test engineering activities throughout assigned software life cycle for multiple applications.
Responsible for development of system testing and requirements skills across the team.
Responsible for hands:on leadership of testing team to meet project delivery commitments and to remove barriers to delivery success.
Establish, refine and execute standard test methods and processes across groups.
Steer selection/development of test tools and scripts, drive automation where possible.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated testing tools and strategies.
Monitor the development, maintenance, and upgrading of automated test scripts.
Establish metrics, processes and procedures.
Ensure that products, applications, and systems are compliant established quality standards and meet requirements.
Experience working directly with Business Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Business/Requirements Analysts, and Developers in a fast:paced environment.
Experience with the development of requirements and ensuring traceability.
Oversee the production of regular progress reports. Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Manage (onsite and remote) staff and evaluate work performance.
May be responsible for managing project costs.
Experience in the development of high quality test documentation such as Test Plans, Test cases and procedures, RTMs, and Test Analysis Reports.
Experience testing in a formal and/or regulated environment using structured methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong analytical and problem:solving skills.
Experience with a variety of types of testing such as; functional, interface, integration, regression, compatibility, etc.
Ability to quickly learn new application systems and technologies.
Knowledge of basic project management framework and methodology.
Ability to use MS Project to define project tasks, schedule, and dependencies.
Recommend program improvements or corrections.
Ability to influence decision makers, be comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytics techniques.


Education: 4:year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field)
Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years required
Management Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of staff management required
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other
locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand:eye
coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read
technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle and working under
challenging conditions.
Work Conditions: Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to emergency services relief work. May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system. Because the Red Cross is a disaster response organization, staff may be asked to be on 24:hour call during period of major disaster.

Working in a regulated environment
Medical Technology or Healthcare
Agile Methodology and practices

Azure DevOps
MS Project, Office

Experience with Micro Focus Performance Center or other performance testing tools; including application and infrastructure performance tuning and reporting
Experience with implementing automated testing solutions.
