Director, Talent Insights (People Analytics)

The position may be located in the Indianapolis, IN,

Atlanta, GA or Cincinnati, OH office

The
Director, Talent Insights (People Analytics)
leads a multi-disciplinary team of talented HR analytics professionals, delivering insights that inform workforce decisions and create a spectacular employee experience. Scope includes people analytics projects such as flight risk models, workforce productivity studies, internal labor maps/forecasting, candidate success profiles, and other hypothesis testing, as well as general HR data governance, reporting, and BI infrastructure. This leader is also accountable for innovative employee engagement listening programs including: employee centric survey design/oversight, social media sentiment analysis, and program leadership for Anthem's custom built digital listening application Anthem Vitals (patent pending). In this role you'll partner with other COE leaders and HRBPs to sustain a data-driven HR organization and lead the next chapter or our human capital data/analytics journey!
Qualifications

Requires BA/BS degree
10 years related experience including 5 years of direct human capital measurement experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strong leadership, analytical and communications skills required.
Specific knowledge of and exposure to various human capital reporting tools.
Experience in strategy setting, management, continuous improvement, and working with senior leaders required.
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau and IBM Watson preferred.
