This hospital offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. Their surgical department features 7 ORs (including a cysto room) and handles a diverse range of procedures, including general surgery, robotics, spine, women's services, vascular surgery, podiatry, and urology. Job Description : The Director of Surgical Services will provide leadership and oversight for the perioperative department, ensuring safe and efficient patient care while effectively managing operations. This role involves collaborating with staff, physicians, and hospital leadership to optimize surgical services, implement performance improvement initiatives, and promote a positive patient experience. The Director will also play a key role in mentoring and developing staff, fostering a culture of engagement and growth.
