HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Drive the Omni:Channel eCommerce Business:for Kelloggs in the United States, nationally, and own the shadow P and L for omni:channel businesses wherever applicable. Support VP/GM in P and L management, drive SBR for the business, identify drivers of gaps and clawbacks; and drive closure. Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences, including senior executives.
National Customer Account Relationships:Own relationships with senior executives at national customer accounts from an E:commerce standpoint, evangelize E:commerce within and outside the company, work collaboratively with Customer account VPs within the company. Own and manage multiple strategic projects and work programs on both an on:going and an ad:hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.
Sales and Marketing Innovation:Drive innovation agenda around channel specific packs,and marketing mix to support new product and packaging launches in E:commerce channel. Inform and drive retail media marketing strategies such as Paid Search, Display, Delivery Programs, Coupons through media agency and in conjunction with Director, E:commerce marketing. Develop E:commerce learning toolkit to teach and evangelize E:commerce within the sales organization.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:
BA/BS/BBA degree
Extensive related eCommerce experience in the CPG industry
Business management experience in sales, marketing and/or operations, and the ability to influence others and drive significant organizational and process changes.
Excellent analytical, modeling and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement
Demonstrated project management experience from the technology, media, or CPG industries
Energy and passion, a self:starter who is willing to operate at highly strategic as well as very tactical levels given the start:up nature of the business
Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
Strong candidates will demonstrate steady career progression with increasing scope of responsibility, superior business acumen and proven ability to build compelling business cases as well as moving ideas to execution.
